This inspection was completed by a student EHO.
-All hand wash stations supplied with hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-Chlorine sanitizer in buckets with cloths at 200ppm
-Low temperature dishwasher with Chlorine residual at 50ppm.
-Hot holding soups at 71.1°C - 73.5°C.
-All freezers at or below -18°C
-All coolers at or below -4°C. Please ensure front mini-fridge maintains perishable foods at or below 4°C
-All coolers equipped with accurate thermometers. Temperature logs are maintained and up-to-date
-Ice machine maintained and clean
-General sanitation satisfactory, foods are organized.
*When storing scoops inside dry bulk food containers, please ensure the handles are not in contact with dry bulk food to prevent contamination from hands.
