Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection:
- No rice available at time of inspection. Operator said he does not serve rice but if he does he knows to keep the rice cooker plugged in.
- Sanitizer in spray bottle 100ppm. Operator uses single use paper towel to wipe.
- Operator is still supplementing the prep cooler unit with ice as the technician needs to order a part. Another follow up inspection will be done to verify the prep cooler unit has been fixed.
