Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Sanitizer was not set up at beginning of inspection. Operator was preparing and handling food. Operator set up sanitizer and ensure proper sanitizer used (not lysol). Operator was using lysol to for food surfaces too and was told this is not suitable food sanitizer for food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure sanitizer available at all times during operational hours and check concentration daily and document.

* Keep washroom door closed at all times
