Observation: Pizzas not hot held at 60 degrees Celsius or higher.
Corrective Action(s): Cooked foods must be held at 60 degrees Celsius or higher. At time of inspection, cooked pizzas in the hot holding display unit were 48 degrees Celsius. Adjust temperature setting to ensure cooked pizzas are held at the appropriate temperature. Corrected at time of inspection. Operator increased the temperature and during the inspection the temperature began to increase.

Observation: Adequate hand wash stations not availabel for food handlers.
Corrective Action(s): Adequate hand wash stations must be available for all food handlers to wash their hands prior to handling/serving food.

1. Hand sink at the front servery area is not draining properly and must be repaired.
Date to be corrected: April 17, 2018.

2. Hand sink in the back room must not be used as a drying area for washed utensils. Corrected at time of inspection.

3. Hand sink in the back room requires liquid hand soap. Soap dispenser appears to be out of soap.

Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Coolers and freezers were equipped with thermometers.
Food storage practices are satisfactory.
Organization of storage areas is satisfactory.
Hand sink by the oven stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Food handler hygiene appeared satisfactory
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Chemicals are stored in a safe manner.
Bleach sanitizer (spray bottle): 200ppm chlorine
No signs of pests.
