Observation: Noted food handler placing donuts onto a tray placed on a cardboard box which was placed on a garbage can.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use box or garbage can as food prep surface/counter. Use the existing food preparation counters in the premises.

Observation: Dry back storage area was cluttered with several empty boxes on the ground.

Comments

All hand wash stations were fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. See violation code 401 re: accessibility
All coolers 4C or less (walk in, under counter, prep coolers...etc)
Both walk in freezers less than -18C
All hot holding higher than 60C (soup, bacon, onions, chicken..etc)
General sanitation in food preparation/service areas satisfactory. See violation code 306 re: cleaning/organization in dry storage area
No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection. Premises has contract with pest control company. Follow all recommendations made by technician.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Quat sanitizer at source, in spray bottles and in containers in front service areas with cloths submerged 200ppm.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights covers in place..etc)
