Comments

On Follow-Up: The cover for the ceiling light in the walk-in cooler had been replaced. The lighting in the walk-in cooler was brighter. Staff on-site had FS level 1 or equivalent certification. Staff on-site knew how to make up the sanitizer solution. Measuring cup was available for use on-site. There was no leak under the 3-compartment sink, however, the floor under the attached counter was still wet near the exit door. Flies were noted in this area as well. As discussed, keep the floor dry at all times to prevent breeding of flies.
