Code 402 noted on Food Complaint inspection # KMLN-B5MSYY of Oct-17-2018 Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] Observation: Observed staff hand pizza with bare hands, then place a glove on with out washing hands. Staff also then went to handle food with the same gloved hand after touching clothes and other contaminated surfaces. Correction: Reminder that hands must be washed with warm water and soap, before putting on gloves or handling food directly. Tongs are present for handling pizza, make sure to use them instead of bare hands to reduce potential for contamination.
