Observation: Shelving units in the walk-in cooler have molds.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all shelving units to wash and sanitize. Clean walls behind the shelves as well. Some debris build up underneath table and under neath shelves in the dry storage areas. Clean thoroughly underneath and mop floor.

Paper based inspection Report F00244254:
Hand sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer measured 100 ppm.
Walk-in cooler and prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Freezers were at -18 deg C. Hot holding for rice was 60 deg C.
Food items in the cooler were covered and dry storage area was organized.
No pests noted at time of visit. Ensure there is pest control monitoring.
Dishwasher had chlorine residual of 50 ppm. Check daily to ensure there is chlorine.
Item to address:
Keep temp log up to date. Do not just check temperature, ensure to document it.
