General comments:
Follow up inspection conducted
- General sanitation has improved but still needs some work under freezer, oven perimeters and under baking rack beside freezer.
- Hand sink area, mop sink area, walls, and under shelving are now clean
- Cooler at 2.3C (seal/gaskets are still not replaced/repaired)
- Cleaning schedule available (please include perimeter cleaning and under equipment cleaning to the list)
- Temperatures are monitored twice a day
- April 30 temperature log not available
- Tape down storage bin under prep table that is not in use
