ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Dishwasher is achieving final sanitizing rinse of 50ppm Chlorine - unit has been converted to low temperature dishwasher
- Deep and thorough cleaning has been carried out at facility - EXCELLENT WORK!
- Sanitizer solution in use upon arrival of EHO and at concentrations of 200ppm Chlorine throughout facility
- Low amounts of food stored at room temperature

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Booster is to be added/repaired on dishwasher unit
- Latch of two door stand up cooler unit in sushi area requires repair - handle to be obtained, front to be resurfaced (owner has vinyl for resurfacing but requires handle prior to resurfacing)
