Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection chemical dispensing system not drawing up quats from bulk solution adequately.
Corrective Action(s): Staff repositioned the bulk quats solution and tightened the tubing. Quats now being dispensed at 200ppm from the chemical dispensing system. Staff also refilled the quats sanitizer spray bottles.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: At the time of inspection front hand sink paper towel dispenser obstructed from use by a hot open griddle. Paper towels left on counter for use or staff use the paper towel dispenser in the back area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks are provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels in dispenser/holder. Obtain a holder for the paper towels and place next to hand sink or relocate the paper towel dispenser to a more convenient location which is accessible for staff. Correct by June 29, 2021.

Observation: At the time of inspection all 3 staff on duty did not have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.
Corrective Action(s): In the operator's absence at least one staff on duty must have FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Send additional staff to take FOODSAFE level 1. Correct by July 31, 2021.

Note: beverage cooler ambient air temperature 8-9 degrees C. No cold potentially foods displayed. Milk product is refrigerate after opening.
