-Handsinks supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel - Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder) -Proper food storage and protection noted - Walk-in freezer -18C - High temperature dishwasher reached 74 oC at plate. - In use wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer solution. Concentration of sanitizer solution in buckets measured 200ppm. - No evidence of pest infestation noted at time of inspection, pest control is in place, report is noted -Good personal hygiene noted by staff -Log sheet for temp monitoring is kept digitally *** bad smell ( appears to be sewage smell) noted around dishwashing area- discussed with staff to check grease traps and to investigate the source of smell
