Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize this area to remove any sugary substance. Please ensure spills are cleaned up immediately to avoid leaving sticky residue that will attract fruit flies. Contact pest control to provide service for fruit flies.

Observation: Cleaning is required in the following areas:
> Slight pink mildew buildup in the large ice machine at back of the kitchen.
> Food debris and pooling water in dishpit.
> Miscellanous items in upstairs storage room that have fallen between the shelving and walls.
Corrective Action(s): Remove mildew, food debris, pooling water and fallen items. Clean and sanitize mentioned areas.

> Test strips for chlorine, QUATS and hydrogen peroxide are available on site.
> Sandwich condiments are time tracked for 4 hours. Hot held items are time tracked for various times, all controlled by a tablet system. Leftovers are discarded.
> Ice machine by McCafe station in sanitary condition.
> Cleaned tongs and cooking equipment stored in sanitary manner.
> All equipment are cleaned as per sanitation plan.
> General sanitation is satisfactory except in above mentioned areas (violation 306).
> No changes to pest control services since last routine. Please continue to follow all recommendations by EcoLab.
> Health permit posted.
