A scheduled follow up inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSOP).
Evidence for this report was based on the Licensing Officer’s observations, review of the facility records and information provided by the Licensee at the time of inspection. Written response was received from the Licensee indicating the violations identified on the routine inspection report had been addressed.

The following areas previously noted as violations were now found to be in compliance:
The new policies for Active Play and Screen Use were reviewed and are complete. The Licensee states the policies have been provided to all parents,
Children's records are now complete with current emergency consent cards and immunization records.
