This is a repeated violation. Follow up inspection for JPAK-B2LT9V Resolved violations: 1. Dishwasher now in good working order; detected 50 ppm of residual chlorine after final rinse cycle 2. White domestic cooler is now reading 4 C or lower with max setting 3. Hot water provided at hand washing station at front cashier area 4. Using clean wiping cloth now 5. Ice scoop stored in a clean separate container Outstanding violations: 1. Sliding glassdoor cooler under maintenance. Plenty cold storage available for normal operation.
