> wrap outside with saran wrap prior to storing in freezer to prevent cross-contamination
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle - not consistent, get tech in to look at machine; in the meantime, test frequently
- no foods being thawed at time of inspection
- caulking has been replaced; duct tape in place only to hold smooth piece in place until silicone fully sets
- silicone brush purchased for oil
- general sanitation has improved - maintain sanitation
