Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food stored in the proper storage hierarchy, protected and off the floor.
Soup in the hot hold unit was being hot held at 66.0C.
QUAT spray bottles available throughout the preparation areas - all detected with 400 PPM QUAT residual.
All utensils and food contact items were sanitary and in good condition.
Interior of the ice machine, fume hood and cook line were noted sanitary.
New dish machine installed. High temperature dish machine was able to reach 78.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Overall excellent cleanliness and organization.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Second unit (mainly for storage and minor preparation area) was inspected. No issues noted in this unit.
