Comments

The walk in cooler was < 4 C. All freezers that were in use were < -18 C. No evidence of pests, pest control report from this month reviewed during the inspection. Bleach available for sanitizing in the 3-compartment sink. Soap and paper towels also available at this sink since it is also the facility's main hand washing sink. Washroom hand sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Food is stored off the ground. General sanitation was satisfactory.
