Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CMWQJ2 of Jan-09-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: - No sink available in kitchen for hand washing -Hand washing sink in bar area was blocked at time of visit. Correction: - A designated hand washing station is required for hand washing in kitchen- To be corrected - Do not block hand washing sink in the bar area - Do not do any food prep in front of the sink.

Noted issues are addressed. Operator is installing a hand washing beside the prep cooler. Ensure to install splash gaurd to protect food prep area. Send a report with picture after installing the sink via email to the area inspector. No signature is obtained, verbally explained to the staff a copy will be sent via email.
