Routine inspection

Hand washing stations are fully supplied with hot/cold running water,liquid soap and paper towel in dispenser.
Food in Walk-in cooler measured at or below 4C(40F). Food in walk-in freezer measured at or below -18C and frozen to touch. Temperature monitoring log noted. Units are clean and well maintained.
Under counter coolers are at or below 4C. Cook Line cooler with inserts measured at or below 4C. Ensure to sanitize pizza rings before storing on the hooks.
Display cooler in front measured at 4C or colder. Only pops stored at this date.
Sanitizer, Quat detected 200-400 ppm, available in sani buckets and refreshed. Test strip noted.
Low-Temp dishwasher final rinse sanitizer detected chlorine 50-100 ppm. Three-comp sink well maintained. No issue noted at this date. Dishware noted stored properly.
General sanitation:
Floor observed to be clean and free of food debris, dust and build-ups.
Food contact surfaces are to be sanitized frequently. Dough Maker/mixer is to be cleaned and sanitized daily or at the end of each shift. Ensure no flour build ups on the dough maker.
No obvious sign of pest observed at this date. Pest control management observed to be in place.
