On Follow-Up:
-Cleaning issues have been addressed. Rodent droppings have been cleaned up except in the dry storage room across from the washrooms. Clean under the shelving in this room.
-Foods are being covered in coolers.
-The handsink in the staff washroom is fully equipped.
-Tofu cooler in the front is at 4 degC
-Operator has purchased an IR Gun thermometer for monitoring cooler temperatures and is recording them in a logsheet. MAKE SURE THAT EVERY COOLER ALSO HAS A THERMOMETER OF ITS OWN INSIDE.

**A new chest freezer has been ordered to replace the existing one that's in the kitchen**
