Follow-up inspection: -QUAT-type sanitizer buckets good >200ppm as per test strips -ensure workers are running the QUAT dispenser for at least 15 seconds to ensure the chemical is cycling through -the sanitizer solutions must be regularly checked with the test strips Follow-up inspection next Tuesday for infraction cited Note: Recommendation to change the laundry tub to a low-rise mop sink as some workers are having difficulty emptying out the mop water and cleaning it -operator should be removing as much of the water with the small container before rinsing it out.
