Observation:
- Numerous food products not provided with adequate covers in the walk in cooler/freezer, under the counter cooler and 2 door freezer in kitchen.
- Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored directly in food products.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food products are protected from contamination at all times. Cover food products and store all dispensing utensils outside of food products. Correct immediately.

Observation: The premises requires a thorough cleaning.
- dust and grease accumulatinos observed on the ceiling.
- food debris accumulations observed in the main food preparation area and back processing area.
- grease accumulations observed on the exhaust canopy.
Corrective Action(s): Focus cleaning efforts on all food equipment, shelves, drawers, counters, underneath/behind equipment and all hard to reach areas. Correct by September 15, 2022.

Observation: Main hand wash station in kitchen paper towel dispenser not of suitable design.
Corrective Action(s): Place paper towels in a proper holder or into a wall mounted dispenser. Place a waste bin by this designated hand wash station for staff to discard single use paper towels into. Correct by September 15, 2022.
