Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed food not thawed in an acceptable manner;
1. Raw chicken wings thawing in room temperature water,
2. Deli meat thawing on counter at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that food is thawed in an acceptable manner; under running cold water, in refrigerator or in microwave. Raw chicken placed under running cold water and deli meat placed in cooler during inspection.

1. Ventilation hood and grills grease and build-up,

5. Build-up of dust near toaster,
6. Side of ice machine and floor,
7. Line cooler with soups (spills in unit),
8. Dry goods room (wall and floors flour),
9. Inside Ice machine - build-up.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that premises is maintained in sanitary condition and areas throughout are cleaned regularly.
