Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed equipment not maintained in sanitary condition, glasswasher curtains on entry/exit points with build-up and on sides.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the glass washer and curtains are cleaned regularly to prevent contamination of glass ware passing through unit.
Curtains removed from glass washer during inspection and placed in dishwashing area for soaking and cleaning.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure that food is thawed in an acceptable manner; under running cold water, in refrigerator or in microwave. Raw chicken placed under running cold water and deli meat placed in cooler during inspection.
