Follow up inspection conducted:
Cleaning greatly improved underneath cooking line and on top of mechanical dishwasher; debris has been scrubbed/removed. Ensure to continually maintain these areas in sanitary condition.
At time of follow up inspection, head chef was on site and had renews FoodSafe (temporary certificate posted on wall by the cooking line). Sous chef is also registered to take the course. As discussed previously, there must always be at least one staff member with FoodSafe on site at all times.
