Follow-up Inspection Completed. Code 306 Corrected - Premises maintained in sanitary condition. Coolers, under warmers and floors in dry storage cleaned. Code 308 - Premises awaiting a part for glasswasher - to be fixed within week or so. Bar sink hand washing sink adequately supplied and bar cooler organized. Bar cooler at ~5.8C. Surface sanitizer bottles labelled appropriately. Temperature logs maintained and date listed at the top of the sheets. Soda station in sanitary manner and minimal small flies noted.
