All outstanding issues have been corrected:
-A probe thermometer was available on-site and in good working order.
-Heating and hot-holding temperatures were reviewed with the operator.
-Hot-held soup was 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter.
-The plastic liner was removed from the preparation table surface near the handsink.
-Lids of pots and pans were stored off the floor.
