- Back area of premises has been organized so that floor area is clear. Keep floor area clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.
- Interior of cooler cleaned at time of the inspection

Pending issues from routine inspection report JCRH-BKGUQX:
Code 304 - Premises not free of pests. It appears that some droppings have been cleaned; however, additional droppings were still present at edge/corners of the floor, particularly under pop bib shelving and other shelving units. Areas require cleaning and disinfection. This is to be completed prior to the follow up inspection date and maintained. Monitor daily and clean up any additional droppings noted.
Code 305 - Conditions observed which may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests. Sections of unsealed wood still present. Gap/hole noted. As per previous report, remove unsealed wood and seal/fill gaps with suitable material. Refer to previous report for additional detail and corrective action required.
Code 502 - In Operator's absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Ensure adequate staff have completed Foodsafe level 1 training to ensure requirement is met.
