Follow up inspection:

The operator's husband was able to re-service the preparation cooler. The preparation cooler temperature was 4 degrees C. Please continue to monitor this cooler and ensure that it is maintained at 4 degrees C or less.
The only outstanding issue is the need to purchase a food thermometer within 1 week.
Provide an update to the area E.H.O. once you have obtained a probe thermometer.
