Lighting improved in back storage area. Good. New fridge purchased (in back storage area). Freezers less below -18 C. Handwash stations ok. **Make sure NOT to use garbage bags for any food storage purposes. Observed a garbage bag in freezer storing bagels. Move to food grade plastics only. Generally clean. Make sure to spend some time in the new year (slower season) and move equipment to complete cleaning.
