The following items have been completed: - cleaning schedule available/ including the sanitizers concentration - available on Managers checklist - test strips to be available for daily monitoring of the sanitizers ( qauts ) - provided ( glass washer not used at the time so no iodine sanitizer available on site anymore ) - daily temperature logs / including high temperature dishwasher - available - mop sink to be enclosed to prevent cross contamination at the food prep area - maintenance person will be on site for further discussion / working on the work proposal - provide the hand wash station supplied with a disposable paper towels and liquid soap in the dishwashing area - provided Please when you have a future proposal for relocation/ or new glass washer location installation - submit the floor plan for approval.
