Observation: 1. *REPEAT* (Since March 2023) Floor drain observed to have build up of food debris. Operator stated this area is cleaned every 4 days.
2. Range hood filters observed to be covered in grease. Operator stated these were cleaned every 2 weeks.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Floor drain needs to be cleaned regularly. Include in regular sanitation schedule. Develop and maintain a cleaning log.
