Observation: Rodent activity (mouse droppings) noted in several areas of premises, and most notably along the walls behind pallets in the package storage area and product ingredient storage area as discussed.
Corrective Action(s): Move pallets, clean and remove existing droppings and monitor for further rodent activty. Contact Pest Control and have them add traps stations to identified areas. Re-examine electrical and other in-wall conduits for gaps rodents may use for entry along exterior/interior walls and block off as discussed. Take pictures of corrective action and send to this office.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Residual ponding water observed in multiple areas of production floor. Several of these puddles, especially those in low traffic areas appear to be subject to slimes and biomat development and are not condusive to a sanitary condition for food production.
As discussed the puddles are a function of the daily floor cleaning (powerwashing) process.
Corrective Action(s): The puddles must be removed immediately after the cleaning process completed, and not remain for any extended period of time. Remove these puddles as discussed. Take a picture and send to this office once work completed. Add a defined job task of puddle removal (by mop or similar active means) to the sanitation plan. Confirm by email this process adjustment has been implemented. Two weeks.

Recommend adding a wall mounted hand sanitizing station with appropriate signage at the beginning of the work area or end of the staff entry exit area as discussed.
Handwash stations with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured at 200 to 400 ppm at both dish stations on production floor.

Staff room ok. Washrooms occupied so not reviewed at time of inspection.
