Follow-up inspection conducted: -Fried snacks are now stored in two large containers with lids properly closed. Foods stored in cooler properly covered as well. -Thermometer's obtained for prep coolers. Ensure to monitor temperatures on a regular basis. -200ppm Quats available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths. Ensure staff are properly trained regarding the importance and method of using the sanitizer solution. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
