Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Enoki mushrooms recently delivered stored on the prep table and cut spinach stored on the prep table at room temperature for 1 hour. All cut and prepared vegetables must be stored in the cooler at 4C or less. Enoki mushrooms state to keep product refrigerated.
