Routine inspection conducted:

Kitchen is used mainly for private bookings and some public events. Kitchen is not in use at time of inspection.
Discussed submission of Temporary Food Premises Application for events open to the general public--please submit at least 14 days prior to event date.
Discussed sanitizer preparation. If sanitizer is to be stored in a labeled spray bottle, please ensure that concentrations are verified with test strips as the bleach may dissipate over time (or prepare fresh each time). Bleach is available on site. Reminder: For a 100 to 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution, mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon bleach per litre of water.
No food storage at time of inspection.
Cleaning chemicals are labeled and stored in a separate cabinet.
Cooler at 2 degrees C. Thermometer accurate to 1 degree C present.
Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Two sink plugs available.
No evidence of pest activity noted.
General sanitation excellent.
