Comments

All coolers were < 4 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Quats sanitizer solution was measured at 200 ppm. Hand washing sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach is available for manual dishwashing. No evidence of pests. General sanitation was satisfactory.
