Observation: - Hole in dry storage room needs to be re-sealed. Hole was previously filled with steel wool and covered with wire mesh; however, it appears that wire mesh has started to loosen allowing for a potential entry point for pests.
Corrective Action(s): - Re-seal hole in dry storage room. [Correction Date: 17-May-2023]

**Ensure that new holes/ gaps are filled and sealed to prevent potential pest entry.
**Place additional glue traps and/ or snap traps and/ or ketch-all traps in dry storage room.

Comments

- Handsinks are accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
**Operator has advised that a permanent soap and papertowel dispenser have been ordered for handsink closest to walk-in cooler.
- Prep cooler (across from grill) door gaskets have been replaced. Prep cooler doors close tightly. Prep Cooler: 1C; Prep Cooler Inserts: <4C
- Required cleaning has been completed.
**Continue to work on regularly maintaining a higher level of sanitation throughout the premises.
- Continue to monitor pest activity. Report new and/ or increased activity to your pest control service technician.
**Ensure all areas of the premises are accessible for pest control service.
