Observation: A small amount of droppings was observed underneath the rolling shelves in the storage area.
Corrective Action(s): 1) The facility has a pest control company under contract. Ensure that they come onsite within the next week and that their report is forwarded to Fraser Health.
2) Ensure that all droppings are cleaned with a bleach solution and that there is no food debris or grease left under equipment overnight.
3) Recommend moving sauces in soft plastic packages to a pest proof container or a higher shelf.

All coolers were < 4 C
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot holding was > 60 C.
Temperature records are up to date. They are digitally tracked now.
Chlorine sanitizer was at 100 ppm.
Quats sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink was at 200 ppm. Test strips available onsite.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
