Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm chlorine measured from sanitizing spray bottle. The solution inside looked soapy.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the sanitizing spray bottle to ensure 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer is available for surafce sanitation. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces before use. DO NOT mix soap with sanitizer.

Comments

Routine inspection:
- Walk in cooler at 4C, raw meat items were stored on the bottom shelf.
- Up right freezer and chest freezer were operational.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 71C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
- Hot potentially hazardous food hot held at 62C.
- Ice machine was in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary container.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed.
