All critical violations corrected.
-Front handsink remounted securely to wall, hot water provided
-Back handsink free of obstruction and supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
-Sanitizer bucket noted 200 ppm chlorine with wiping cloths
-Ventilation hood professionally cleaned since last inspection - Next service Oct 2018. Continue to clean removable panels every week or more if needed to prevent excessive grease accumulation.
-Meat slicer maintained in sanitary condition
-Walk in cooler interior cleaned, outside cooler and freezer doors and handles cleaned - no mold or food debris noted
-Significant improvement with cleaning in kitchen on lower shelves especially
-Mop buckets are empty and cleaned out after use and stored in janitor room
-Back of building cleared of broken equipment - freezer, fridge and other kitchen equipment has been removed from property.

Note:
1. Caution with slipper step before entering walk in cooler - work safe concern
2. Back stairway still used for storage of restaurant supplies. Fire escape concern noted. Keep back stairway clear of all obstructions at all times.
