All coolers 4C or less; Freezers -12 to -14C (Ensure all frozen potentially hazardous foods are stored at -18C or less)
No hot holding available.
Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Dry storage area well maintained.
Ice machine appeared clean - see violation code 209 re: scoop in ice.
Quat sanitizer at source and in container with cloths submerged 200ppm. Test strips available.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
