Bleach availble for dishwashing - bleach solution in spray bottle also available and measured at 200+ ppm. *Recommend cutting bleach dose to 1/2 tsp per spray bottle to achieve 100 to 2oo ppm range. Cooling unit less than 4C. Handwash stations ok. General sanitation ok, Minimal rodent activity noted.
