- All hot holding temperatures registered at or above 60 deg C
- All handwashing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High temperature dishwasher available for mechanical warewashing, temperature registered at 71 deg C on plate surface during final rinse cycle
- Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing, sanitizer solution from source registered at 200 ppm QUATs
- At the time of inspection, all food contact sanitizer buckets were being replenished with fresh sanitizer solution
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary manner, scoop is stored outside
