Observation: There's a gap on the bottom left side of the back door that can be an access point for mice.
Corrective Action(s): Seal the gap as discussed.

Observation: Flooring underneath the prep cooler has not been refinished.
Corrective Action(s): Operator wants to purchase a new prep cooler since the current one has compressor issues. Once a new cooler is purchased, the operator will refinish the flooring prior to installation. This should be done before Dec. 31, 2020.

-200ppm Bleach solution is available in spray bottle for sanitizing counters.

-Temperature logs are being maintained
-ACPC Pest control company is on contract
-The vegetable fridge in the kitchen has been replaced with a new one.
