Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at 10'C (all product observed frozen)
*Note: staff stated that the seal on the freezer was replaced today, hence the increase in temperature
- All preparation coolers at or below 4'C
- Sandwich cooler at 4'C (top and bottom)
- Milk/cream dispensers at or below 4'C
- Hot-holding units at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer in sanitizer pails with wiping cloths measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- QUATs sanitizer strips available on site
- Ice machine and equipment observed in sanitary manner
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Staff observed wearing hair nets
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Health permit posted in conspicuous location on site

- Room temperature holding of new food products discussed with director of operations on site. Products are held at room temperature for maximum of 4 hours. Time-tracking system verified in use on site.
