Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple observations:
- Large pot of broth observed to be stored under fire suppression's unit. Internal temperature of 11 degrees Celsius observed - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Item moved to heat and boiled
- Rice and noodles out during lunch rush. Stored above rice cookers in plastic containers. Internal temperatures of 18-24 degrees Celsius - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items discarded.
- Delivery of frozen meats stored outside of walk in freezer unit - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Items relocated to walk in freezer unit.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cold water was turned off at main handsink - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - cold water was turned back on from below. ..
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that after any repairs are made to faucets they are fully operational.
Staff must wash hands at hand sink. 2pm inspection and not one staff member had observed that cold water was turned off from below.
