General:
- general sanitation satisfactory - machines to be fully cleaned at end of business
- no obvious signs of pests
- discussed room temperature holding of ham/cheese croissants - operator stated they are discarded after 1.5 hours

Temperatures:
- walk-in cooler: 4C**
- upright freezer: -18C

- silver 2 door cooler and single glass door cooler off at time of inspection

** Note: Breaker was turned off by maintenance company, cutting power to walk-in cooler and display case; maintenance staff stated the cooler has been off for about 10-15 minutes for their work. Breaker turned back on at time of inspection. Technician on site. All dough inside cooler to be discarded.
