Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer bucket at the kitchen area measured at 200ppm. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine final rinse.
Front display cooler holding potentially hazardous indian sweets and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit not in use at the time of inspection.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Overall, facility is well organized.
