Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap/paper towel observed at multiple hand sinks. Operator stated they are waiting for soap shipment.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain pump style soap from a store to ensure there is soap available at hand sinks at all times until shipment arrives.

Observation: 1) Dishwasher requires two runs to reach temperature
2) Espresso machine rince attachment sitting on faucet blocking hand sink at prep table
Corrective Action(s): 1) Have serviced to good working order. Operator had already called to have dishwsher serviced, new booster is required. Waiting on part from Ontario. Will continue to run twice and monitor final rinse temperature gauge each load to ensure it reaches at east 82C at the manifold.
2) Have espresso machine repaired, should not have piece in the sink as it blocks access to proper hand washing
